Ongoing sprint.png This is a currently ongoing sprint!

Ongoing sprints do currently take place. They have a clearly defined sprint goal (consisting of one or more product backlog items), a list of developers who participate in the sprint (including a sprint maintainer), an estimated timeframe for the sprint and a list of sprint backlog tasks - categorized by department - that are tackled within the sprint.

This is the first sprint of the techdemo 2 release.

Sprint timeframe

4 weeks. Sprint ends at Sunday, 6th of March 2011. The final sprint day will be used for sprint review to playtest the final sprint build with the sprint team.

Postponed product backlog items

In case we run into major problems tackling one specific product backlog item and its associated tasks during a sprint, we should postpone the work on it and tackle it in another sprint in the future.
