Multi-cell objects
Objects that take up more than one grid unit and are also drawn appropriately (=no weird clipping issues). Rectangular-only multi-tile objects should be enough for PARPG needs. There are no needs (except that of a spoiled artist :P) to have multi-tile objects in various other, concave shapes.
